Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Dean and Rose (Hammond) Hubbard.
After raising her family, Lois worked at SUNY Oswego. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, and trips to the casino.
Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Richard DeLapp; a son, Richard Jr. (Lorna) DeLapp of Denver, CO; her twins, Dennis LeLapp and Denise (Edward) Pritchard, both of Oswego Town; a sister Helen (Larry) Feder, of Washington State; seven grandchildren, Heidi Slyer, Sara Mitchell, Chris DeLapp, Justin Pritchard, Joshua Pritchard, Heather DeLapp and Cody DeLapp; three great-grandchildren, Keira, Evelyn and Noah; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St. Oswego.
Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary’s Church. Burial will be in Peck’s Cemetery, Scriba.
