In a coordinated effort with the City of Fulton Parks and Recreation Department and the City of Fulton's Department of Public Works Department, Larry Macner, sixth ward councilor, recently assisted in removing brush and overgrown vegetation along the Pathfinder/Towpath Trail along the Oswego Canal.

City officials and members of Fulton Footpaths who are all working together to improve access to Fulton's waterfront areas gathered recently to thank Macner for his volunteer support and dedication to improving the quality of life for Fulton. Earlier this month the City of Fulton hired a firm to complete a study to further develop the Oswego Canal area and other trails throughout the city.
