The Oswego City School District Home & School Associations and Oswego Classroom Teachers' Association (OCTA) will host "Meet the Candidate Night" on Tuesday, May 5th at the Oswego High School Cafeteria.

The event allows candidates running for the Oswego City School District Board of Education to introduce themselves to the Oswego community, and also answer submitted questions that have been provided by audience members, the Home & School Associations, and OCTA.

The event will follow the regular Oswego City School District Board of Education meeting that begins at 5:00 pm, as well as a presentation that will be provided by Superintendent Benjamin Halsey on the proposed 2015-16 School District Budget and referendums.

The community is invited to attend, and Leighton Home & School Association President Pam Dowd and OCTA Board Member Jennifer Cahill will moderate the event.
