Colloca Estate Winery has built a reputation for gourmet food at its Wine Pairing Dinners, Brunches, Private Events, and Wedding Receptions.
Beginning December 6, 2018, a limited number of guests can join Executive Chef, Emil Nymander, in Colloca’s new 3200 sq. ft. commercial kitchen and learn to make some of their signature dishes.
The cooking classes provide full immersion in hands-on culinary fun for everyone in a relaxed atmosphere. Classes are limited to 20 participants to secure an intimate and enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, guests will be given aprons to wear and a glass of wine as they jump right into the mix of learning and preparing the evening’s recipes. The evening will culminate with the group eating their creations together with a pairing of Colloca wines. The class, food, and wine are all included for $50 per person.
