Residents and staff at Michaud Residential Health Services will "Go Red for Women" as part of the American Heart Association's annual initiative. Residents and staff alike will be participating in the upcoming "Wear Red" Day on February 6th.
The Michaud Resident Council in now in the midst of a "Go Red" pin sale; Council members Roxanne Stuart and Barb Lyons have been selling the pins to help raise awareness about heart disease and strokes in women, with proceeds going to the American Heart Association. Pins are $2 dollars each and will be available until the 6th.
