Michaud and St. Luke Health Services are again teaming up to offer a bone density screenings at various located throughout Oswego County in the coming year.
"This is a great opportunity for folks to receive a valuable health screening free of charge," Michaud nurse Dorothy Reitz, RN, said. "The bone density screening has become extremely popular and the information provided by this screening may help you to improve your health and quality of life; especially for those who may be experiencing the onset of osteoporosis. The test is easy to do and takes only a few minutes."
Nurses are available to discuss the screening results with each screening recipient and any answer other health-related questions.
The free screenings will be conducted at various locations through the year.
