Nathan Emmons, local entrepreneur, recently addressed the Oswego Rotary club about his initiative Oswego First and economics related to shopping local and spending dollars locally. Emmons, an Oswego resident, has worked for the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce and SUNY Oswego and is co-owner of Mother Earth Baby with wife Lisa Emmons.
