Norman E. Clark, 92 of Oswego passed away Wednesday evening at his home in Bishop Commons.

He was born in Clifton Springs, NY and was the son of the late William P. and Marguerite G. McPhearson Clark.

Mr. Clark was an electrical engineer and had been employed at Alroll in Oswego and at the Oswego Steam Station for Stone and Webster.

He served in the US Navy Aircorp during WWII. Honorably discharged in June of 1947

He was a graduate of Harvard University and Worcester Polytechnic University. He held a degree in Electrical Engineering and acquired his Professional Engineering Certificate in 1954.

Mr. Clark is survived by his wife of 67 years, Claire Pare’ Clark, three daughters Leslie VonHoltz of Oswego, Daryl (Ronald) Ragulsky of Denver, CO, Kimberly (Scott Sebold) Clark of Camden, ME.,one son Dana

Michael Clark of Kansas City, MO, one brother Robert S. Clark of Fairport, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a brother Bruce W. Clark.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
