Old Kings Head Tattoo held their grand opening event at their new location on 312 Division Street, Fulton.

The shop was previously located at 115 East Broadway in Fulton, sharing a parking lot with Dragon City Chinese Restaurant. “We kept the shop in Syracuse for a while after moving [to Broadway], but now we’re ready to expand into our new, permanent space in Fulton,” Lane told iHeart Oswego.

The event began at 12pm on Friday the 13th, with a large crowd filling the lobby. Owner Penny Lane has been tattooing for many years, owning a shop in Syracuse for 7 years prior to making the move to Fulton.

The shop’s grand opening included flash tattoos, raffles for a $600 gift card and a $200 gift card, as well as tarot readings by A Heathen’s Touch.

Johnny, Penny’s husband, noted, “Between the three main artists in the shop, they have over 50 years of experience.”

“And we’re going to go today until we can’t anymore,” said Penny with a laugh.

Based on that crowd, we believe it!

The shop’s regular hours are 11am to 7pm Tuesday through Saturday. You can find them online at kingsheadtattoocompany.com; they are on Instagram as @kingsheadtattoo and on Facebook as The King’s Head Tattoo Co.
