The Oswego Public Library will host a book reading and signing on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016 from 1-3 pm. Local author, Linda Jeanne Germain, will read her children’s book entitled “Kirby’s Krazy Karrot Kaper (For the Love of Maggie).”
