Jackie Sheffield and John Fitzgibbons presented a program on the Oswego Dragon Boat Club to members recently. It is their goal to not only bring dragon boats to the City of Oswego each September but to organize a club where participants can paddle a boat all summer long. The goal of the club will be to promote dragon boating for health and recreational benefits in Central New York.
