On Monday, November 16th, the Oswego High School junior varsity team played Bishop Luden Junior/Senior School. While Oswego may have lost the game, it was their action's on the court for a fellow teammate Logan that are truly unforgettable.

Logan is a sophomore at OHS and has autism. As the game clock was winding down, one of Logan's teammates passed him the ball, Logan may have missed a few shots, but Logan's teammates including the opposing team had rebounded the ball back to Logan for one last shot. As the ball left his hands, the buzzer went off. Logan made a buzzer-beating shot! “I was ecstatic and Logan was excited,” said Troy. The shot was a buzzer-beater and can only be summed up as "Iconic." When Troy posted the video on Facebook, he titled it as "No words justify the feeling." The proud Father admitted that the heart warming experience brought him to tears as he said, "I'm a happy Dad."

After the shot was made, the OHS team cleared the bench to give high fives and congratulate Logan. As the bench cleared, Logan's father said that at the end of the video “When you see Logan's smile, that's him.”

Logan's father explained he wanted Logan on the team because teams help build confidence for those who are challenged. When Logan made the shot, it proved "Anything is possible and for Logan, this was proof. It was amazing" said Troy. "They worked with him, they accepted him," Troy stated, "I personally 100% thank the team, without them it would not be possible."
