Oswego Industries Inc., a Fulton-based nonprofit agency that supports adults with developmental disabilities, has announced that the agency will be hosting its very first Curb-Side Chicken BBQ at the American Foundry in Oswego.
The drive-through fundraiser will take place on Saturday, June 27 from noon to 2PM with tickets at $10 each in advance.
To protect against the spread of coronavirus, a sanitation station will be set up at the end of the drive-through, and participants will be encouraged to wear masks when picking up their dinners. All volunteers will be wearing masks and changing gloves frequently.
Proceeds from the BBQ, which has been generously sponsored by Wrightway Hardware of Phoenix, will help the agency invest in tablets and other new technology to accommodate changes in the way services are provided as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tickets are available online at bit.ly/curb-side-bbq or by contacting Rebekkah Frisch at 315-532-0573.
