KEEPING UP TRADITION – Pulaski Village Mayor Jan Tighe welcomed the Oswego County Legislature to the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse for the group’s August meeting.

She thanked the group for its support and provided an update on ARPA-funded projects. Th annual Pulaski meeting is a tradition that honors the county’s heritage as a ‘half-shire’ county.

Before 1902, Oswego County operated with two county seats, one in Oswego and one in Pulaski.
