to give as a holiday gift.
"Nothing says 'I love you. I took the time out of my busy life to create something for you' than a handmade gift," a spokesperson for the 
library said.
Wendy Ballard will host a jewelry making class at Oswego Public Library. There are two class times to choose from: The first is from 6-7:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 13, and the other is from 12-2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 22.
Only one class is needed to learn how to make these bracelets and there is a $15 materials fee.
