Write a commentThe Oswego City School District Board of Education will conduct a regular business meeting at the Education Center Board Room on Wednesday, April 24.
Originally, this meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, April 23, but the date was changed during the April 9 session.
The meeting will be called to order at 5 p.m. with the board expected to move to executive session to discuss litigation, negotiations and personnel matters regarding specific employees.
During the regular meeting, which will reconvene at 6 p.m., the board will hear a report from superintendent of schools Bill Crist on the proposed 2013-14 Oswego City School District budget and could actually vote on the financial plan for the next school year.
Student and community recognition will be conducted when the public portion of the meeting resumes at approximately 6 p.m. Retirees as well as the championship Oswego High School Winter Guard will be recognized.
