Write a commentPercy Carr, 80, of Oswego died Wednesday January 3, 2024 at the Jewish Home of Central New York, Syracuse.
He was born in Littleton, NH the son of the late Earl and Irene (Cheney) Carr.
He was a member of the Laborers Local # 214, Oswego, and the CNY Laborers Local # 633, Syracuse. Percy enjoyed collecting model airplanes, and going to the Oswego Speedway. He served in the United States Army from 1965 until 1967.
Percy was predeceased by his sister Helen Wright and brother Willis Carr.
He is survived by his loving family.
Private burial will be in Peck Cemetery.
