     `Start the Year Out Right with the Correct Mindset for Achieving Your Goals` to be presented at January WNET Meeting.

     Laurie Smith will show you how changing your thinking and your actions will have a great effect on the success of your goals at the next Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training's (WNET) monthly breakfast meeting, Thursday, January 9th, 8 a.m. at the SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center in the Oswego County Industrial Park, Phoenix (exit 14, State Route 481). Achieving all of your goals starts with good nutrition and exercise. In this workshop, you will learn the who, what, why and how of nutrition and exercise.

     Laurie Smith is a self-development junkie, a serial entrepreneur and a health and fitness advocate. Laurie's 20 year career has been in different levels and aspects of the beauty industry, where the basis of success has been the service of others. She was dedicated to helping people feel good in through beauty and pampering. In 2010, after her last child was born, Laurie signed up with Beachbody as a "Health Coach." Laurie's most recent blessing and recognition of hard work was being featured on the cover of The Healthy Housewives online magazine. Her future is in specializing in the power of the mind and transformation, focusing on core issues, and utilizing success principles and stress relief tools. Laurie currently manages "Red Inspiring", an inspirational/motivational page on Facebook. She has plans to build on the "Red Inspiring" brand this coming year by featuring coaching programs and products.

     Through networking, presentations and information sharing, WNET provides professional development and personal growth for women business owners.

     The cost for each seminar is $12 for members and $15 for non-members. The WNET annual (Sept. 2013-Aug.2014) membership cost is $25. Each seminar includes a light breakfast.

     WNET is supported locally by Operation Oswego County, SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center, NBT Bank, BeautiControl, By Detail and The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce.

     Pre-registration is required for each seminar, and may be made by calling Operation Oswego County, weekdays, at 315-343-1545, or via e-mail elivoti@oswegocounty.org. Payments may also be made via Credit Card on our website.

     Weather cancellation Policy: If Phoenix Central Schools are on a 1-hour delay or more, WNET is cancelled.
