Public Skating Schedule 2012-2013 for James P. Cullinan Rink

   The City of Oswego Department of Public Works has announced the Public skating schedule for 2012-13. The James P. Cullinan Rink, located at Fort Ontario, officially opened Oct. 25.      For more information, 342-4951 or 342-8180.
