He was born in Oswego the son of Raymond C. Crouch Sr. of Fulton, and Jeanette Crouch of Oswego.
Raymond owner and operated RCCJR Roofing in Vermillion, NY. He served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Nimitz from 1980 until 1983. He enjoyed the outdoors going fishing and hunting, and watching NFL Football especially the Minnesota Viking.
Raymond is survived by his father Raymond C. Crouch Sr. of Fulton, his mother Jeanette Anthony Crouch of Oswego, sister Cynthia (Mike) Bouffard of Oswego, brother Timothy (Elise) Crouch of Pomona, NY and several nieces and nephews.
Raymond was predeceased by his siblings Gerald Crouch, Elaine Crouch, Ruth Muncy, and Jeanette Raby.
