Prior to this promotion, Baldwin worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst. In this new role as Commercial Portfolio Manager, he will assist the Business Services team members with credit underwriting, portfolio management, monitoring, and regulatory compliance matters.
Baldwin holds an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from LeMoyne College and is currently in the process of pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego. Baldwin resides in Oswego with his wife, Melissa, and daughter, Isabel. In his spare time, Baldwin enjoys golfing, travelling and weightlifting. Baldwin also acts as a member of the Pathfinder Employee Event Team and is the treasurer of Harborfest’s Executive Board of Directors.
