She was born in Carthage, NY, the daughter of the late John and Helen (Brown) Sheltray.
Rose was a long-time resident of Fulton, NY. She loved to dance and share this passion with everyone. Rose is survived by her husband, Peter Leogrande of Fulton, stepdaughter Lisa Leogrande of Fulton, stepson Peter Leogrande Jr. of Fulton, and her grandson Richard Furbaker.
