Oswego County Help Me Grow was initiated by the Oswego County Early Childhood Alliance, dedicated to empowering parents and nurturing children to achieve their fullest potential. As a resource for parents and caregivers, Help Me Grow facilitates connections to community resources and services, offers education on child development, and conducts developmental screenings for children from birth to age five.

The Help Me Grow initiative has been established in several regions of New York State as well as other location across the country.

The experiences and data collected through Help Me Grow will identify gaps in resources and services in the community as well as barriers families face when trying to connect with community assets. Help Me Grow staff collaborate closely with the 211 resource and referral hotline to ensure that families receive comprehensive support and guidance on children’s growth and community agency referrals.

Caregivers of eligible children may request information and enrollment procedures from OswegoCountyHMG@ICPOC.org or 315-343-2344, Ext. 114
