Scott was born in Fulton the son of the late Frederick and Margaret Collins.
Scott enjoyed tending to lawns, and he was the type of man that would help anyone, with anything they needed help with.
Scott is survived by his daughter Christine Collins of Oswego, and siblings Jeff (Kelly) Collins of Sterling, Michelle Collins of Hannibal, Steven Collins of Fulton, Mark Collins of Minetto, and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton.
