Write a commentThe Oswego City-County Youth Bureau invites residents to enter a drawing for a free day of fun at Thunder Island Water Park.
Open to kids aged 5 and up, Thunder Island Youth Day runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13. Thirty children’s names will be drawn at random to participate.
Entries must be in by Wednesday, Aug. 7, and the drawing will be held on Thursday, Aug. 8. Parents will be notified if their child has been chosen for the youth day. If a parent chooses to accompany their child to the water park, the cost is $20.
In the event of poor weather, a rain date is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 14.
Thunder Island Water Park is located at 21 Wilcox Rd., Fulton.
