Write a commentRon Nix leads a class in fly tying on Tuesday, July 2 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Oswego Public Library’s Community Room.
Class size is limited to eight. Those ages 12 and older are eligible. Participants will make two flies and all materials are provided.
