Soup lovers are invited to lunch at Springside at Seneca Hill on Wednesday, April 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The kitchen staff will be featuring sausage tortellini, broccoli cheddar, beef barley, and Italian wedding soups and New England clam chowder, with French bread mini-sandwiches and cupcakes for the all-you-can-eat experience. This is a continuation of Springside’s efforts Honoring 25 Years of Independent Living to mark the arrival of its first residents in April 2000.
Springside is located at 10 County Route 45A, Oswego, NY 13126. Turn west onto County Route 45 from Route 481, take the first left, then the first right. Springside is fully accessible.
Springside at Seneca Hill is an independent living residential neighborhood for seniors 55 or older who can take care of all their personal needs but who want to free themselves of the responsibilities of maintaining a house. Fully accessible apartments, duplexes, and cottages are available, along with a variety of services including prepared restaurant-style dinners served by trained staff in the formally appointed dining room where casual attire prevails, housekeeping, laundry, lawn care, snow removal, garages, and maintenance services, depending upon the options chosen. Most residents find it considerably less expensive and much less stress and work than maintaining a private house.
Information is available and tours of Springside may be arranged by calling 315-343-5658 to schedule an appointment.
