Write a comment Flags in the Oswego Peace Garden fly proud in the unseasonably warm breeze on Veterans Day, Nov. 11. The garden is located at the Leotta-Seaway Trail Park and gateway to Oswego Harbor Rail Trail on East First Street.
The annual Veterans Day Ceremony was held at Veterans Memorial Park, located on the west side of the city northern end of the Oswego River Walk, on Sunday.
