He was employed with the Colonial Laundromats for many years.
Mr. Todd was a veteran of the United States Army.
Surviving are his fiance, Cynthia Taylor, his father, William Todd, four children, William E. Todd Jr., Aaron Todd, Chantelle Todd, Alexis Sellin, a brother, James Todd, step children, Matthew Taylor, Clionna Taylor, Ethan Abbott, George Rice, Jeremiah Rice and grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2:00-4:00 at the Dowdle Funeral Home.
