Write a commentThe Zonta Club of Oswego is preparing to host its annual celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD) and is looking for presentations and displays consistent with the IWD theme, to be presented on March 8 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
IWD is a global celebration of women's achievements throughout history and across nations. This year, the theme is “Equality for Women is Equality for All.” Presentations can include songs, readings, stories, skits, etc. and should be approximately 3-7 minutes in length. Those interested in participating in the IWD event should contact Inga Back at ingaback@yahoo.com.
