Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."

Learn about Magnificent Monarchs and the various butterfly species found throughout New York. With warm, spring days here and summer quickly approaching, native butterflies are emerging. Magnificent Monarchs make long journeys to end up in their summer and wintering grounds, but how exactly can they survive such a tiring trip? Join the environmental educator as participants discuss the life cycle and histories of monarchs and different butterflies that can be found in New York, then go outside and look for them around the center!
The fee for these programs is only $4 per person, or $12 for a family. Children under the age of three are free! The recommended age for these programs is 5+.
All youth must be accompanied by an adult. Find registrations and more information on this program and others at http://thatscooperativeextension.org/events.
