Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Dave MacLean and the Magic Lantern (Mexico)

Come join us for Dave and Todd MacLean and their very entertaining and enlightening "Magic Lantern Show." They will be showing us Edgar Allen Poe's "The Telltale Heart" adapted for the Magic Lantern.
A Magic Lantern is an early type of image projector that used pictures—paintings, prints, or photographs—on transparent plates (usually made of glass), one or more lenses, and a light source. The MacLean brothers promise you'll never think of a slide show the same way again!
Dave MacLean is our resident tinsmith and will also be on hand for Christmas in Mexico in December.
Popcorn will be available!
