Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
To burn or not to burn….that is the question.
In honor of William Shakespeare’s birthday, Penfield Library at SUNY Oswego is hosting Hot Pepper Shakespeare on Thursday, April 23rd from 2:30-4PM. For participants, the challenge is simple: recite a Shakespeare monologue or sonnet immediately after eating a hot pepper. For the audience, the challenge is simpler still: watch the chaos unfold.
Anyone can participate, and everyone is invited to watch the fun! Peppers with varying spice levels will be available.
