Adopt a Pet Today: Journey, a 'People' Cat

Write a comment

Journey is a people cat—old people, young people, little people, big people—she loves them all. Dogs barely exist for her. Her foster mom's dogs have been in the room with her and she doesn't go after them, she just stays calm and keeps an eye on them.

She's not so keen though on the friendly teenage cat who also lives there. But it's only been a few days, so we hope that will improve with time. If you want to try, we have very helpful instructions about introducing cats to each other—and it does take time.

Please contact the OCHS office during business hours at 315-207-1070 or via email anytime to ochscontact@hotmail.com for information on adopting Journey. She needs her own people.
