Join women from across Central New York for a full-day, retreat-style event centered around holistic well-being, beauty, and self-care.
Attendees will spend the day recharging with mind-body experiences like cryotherapy, LED mini facials, and an oxygen bar. There will also be plenty of light bites, refreshments, and opportunities to connect with other women throughout the day, as well as a full lunch buffet.
The event runs from 9am to 4pm on Saturday, August 9. Attendees can choose to purchase General Admission tickets for $45 or bundle admission and meals for $75. The registration form is available online.
In addition to participating in some of the many mind-body experiences available at Aqua Spa, attendees will have time to explore local, women-led wellness brands, enter exclusive giveaways, and receive 25% off membership to The Collective by CNY Women’s Network. The wellness center will also have optional add-on services available like float therapy, halotherapy, aesthetic treatments, and more!
Readers of iHeart Oswego will also see at least one familiar face: Bekkah Frisch, owner of iHeart Oswego, will be on-site for a book signing of her debut novel, The Great Quiet, which deals with two families’ complex medical issues and devastating secrets.
The CNY Women’s Wellness Fest is proudly supported by Associates for Women’s Medicine.
