The Art Association of Oswego will offer a two-day photography course led by Jessica Joyce the weekend of August 20-21 at AAO and Fort Ontario.
Students will learn over the course of 4 sessions about color theory, fashion designers (established and upcoming), natural lighting and posing. Students will be encouraged to find their voice as a photographer. I will not only teach them how to pose models, take the photos, etc. but also aid them in creating a visual and written guide for their personal style.
This is something that is unique to each individual.

• Instructor: Jessica Joyce. I am currently attending a Master’s Program at Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. I received my BFA in Photography and Jewelry & Metals from Nazareth College in 2015. This past semester I was able to travel to NYC to network with published fashion photographer Jeff Licata whose clients include Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana & many more. I received the artist of the year and student scholar of the year award from Nazareth College in 2015. I am a signed model with AMS Models and Talent and have been modeling for the past 4 years. This helps me to pose people effectively in my photography. I am very passionate about teaching others the beautiful things I have learned thus far in my life and especially when it comes to helping them get in touch with their creative mind.
