Assembly Minority Leader Barclay Recognized At Upstate Medical University Ceremony

Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay (R,C-Pulaski) was among the state legislators honored Wednesday with the prestigious Upstate Medical University Award for Exemplary Service.

The award was given in recognition of his consistent support and dedication to the State University of New York Upstate Medical University. The ceremony took place at the Weiskotten Hall Auditorium in Syracuse.

University leadership, colleagues, guests and family gathered for the award presentation, which included a formal proclamation and commemorative medal recognizing Leader Barclay's contributions.

It is an honor to receive this award from an institution that plays such a vital role in our region," said Leader Barclay. "Upstate Medical University is a key partner in improving health outcomes across Central New York. I'm grateful for the chance to support its work as it continues to make a difference in our communities."
