     Burritt Motors in Oswego recently revved up the United Way’'s Annual Stuff-A-Bus campaign with a donation to help purchase additional school supplies for the campaign.  

     Partnering with more than 20 businesses and organizations, as well as school districts throughout Oswego County, the annual Stuff-A-Bus campaign collects donations of school supplies for distribution to less fortunate students throughout Oswego County. 

“     "We are very appreciative of the support we receive from our area businesses and organizations," Melanie Trexler, executive director of the United Way of Greater Oswego County said.  "Whether hosting school supply collections, serving as official donation sites, or through their own generous donations, the Stuff-A-Bus campaign would not be the success it is without them."

     The highlight of the “Stuff-A-Bus” campaign will be a special collection day on Aug. 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. School buses will be at the following sites to accept donations of school supplies from pens and pencils to notebooks and backpacks:

• Wal-Mart on Route 49 in Central Square
• Wal-Mart on Route 104 in Oswego
• Wal-Mart on Route 3 in Granby
• Kinney Drugs at 3318 Main Street in Mexico
• Kinney Drugs at 3873 Rome Road in Pulaski
• Kinney Drugs at 17 South 1^st Street in Fulton
• The Hannibal Village Market IGA, Route 3 in Hannibal
• Fulton Savings Bank parking lot, Route 57 in Phoenix

     School supplies will be handed out to students in their respective school districts as follows:

• APW                August 22         9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the AW Bus Garage
• Central Square  August 22         9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the CS Ed. Center
• Fulton               August 22         9:00 a.m. to 12 Noon or until supplies last at Fairgrieve Elementary School
• Hannibal           August 22         12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. at Kenny Middle School
• Mexico             August 22         8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Mexico Elementary School
• Oswego            August 22         9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Fitzhugh Park Cafeteria
• Phoenix            August 22         9:00 a.m. to 12 Noon at Maroun Elementary School
• Pulaski              August 22         1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Laura M. Sharp Elementary
• Sandy Creek     August 21         6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Sandy Creek Elementary School Cafeteria
