Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Anthony A. and Rose Helen (McLernon) Kray.
Along with her husband James, Carol was the co-owner of Regan’s Silver Lake. She also ran a flea market for many years.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Mary Theresa (Mick) Black, and her sons, James (Tracy) Regan Jr., Kevin (Mae) Regan, and Shawn (Patricia) Regan. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Michael (Elisa) Black, Paula (Ethan) Regan, Shawn (Lauren) Regan II, Kristin (Stephen) Regan, and Johnathan (Jennifer) Regan, and great-grandchildren Azaiah Shepard, Brandon Black, Colt Black, and Melanie Regan, as well as brothers, Richard (Frances) Kray, Michael (Kathy) Kray, and sisters, Marleen Winchek, Kathy (Robert) Auclair, and Margaret (Robert) Izyk.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband James A. Regan in March 2025, her brother Robert Kray, sister Mary Grahm, and her grandson James Regan III.
A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am on July 10, 2025, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Minetto. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
