Carolyn A. Wallace, 77, of Oswego, died May 17, 2018, at home.
She was the widow of Roger Wallace.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Gertrude (LaBeef) Holmes.
She worked as a hairdresser and she owned and operated her own Tavern. Carolyn also worked at Nestles in Fulton.
Surviving are a daughter; Karolyn (Candy) (Pete) McDougal of Oswego, a son; John (Kim) Thompson of Scriba, 2 brothers; Steve (Debbie) Holmes of Florida, and Robert (Wendy) Holmes of Penn., 2 sisters; Patricia (Mark) Denny of Scriba and Lizzy Bradshaw of Scriba, 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband she was predeceased by a daughter; Jacqulyn Colarusso, 3 brothers; Norman, Floyd and James Holmes, and 3 sisters; Bertha Barlow, Mary Sawyer and Alberta Catalone.
There are no calling hours.
Funeral services are at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be in Rural Cemetery.
