He was born in Oswego and was the son of the late Benton L. and Lena Mae DuBois Kingsbury, he was a life resident of Oswego.He was a graduate of the Oswego High School Class of 1974 and attended SUNY Oswego.
Charlie had been employed at Vince’s Steak House and Mitchell Speedway Press.He was well known in the local music scene and assisted several local rock bands over the years including, The Bary James Band, Revival and Frostbit Blue.
There are no known survivors.
Spring Burial will take place in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.There are no calling hours.
Arrangements are by the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
