Charles Regan, 71; of Fulton, NY passed away peacefully after a short illness at Van Duyn Rehab and Nursing Center, Syracuse, NY. 

 Mr. Regan was born in Fulton, NY to the late Robert and Elaine (Bartlett) Regan.  He has been a resident of Fulton for most of his life. 

Mr, Regan enjoyed singing and playing the guitar and harmonica.  He also liked to talk on the CB and was known as “One-Eye.” 

Mr. Regan is survived by his 2 daughters:  Thressa (Robert) Ward, Tonia (Ernest) Ferro and his 3 sons:  Robert Wardhaugh, Thorton Wardhaugh and Ronald Wardhaugh all of Fulton, NY; his siblings:  Lewis DeMatteo Jr., Mary Wheeler, and Patty Marriott and his ex-wife and mother of his children:  Judy Regan.  He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren:  Michael, Carl, Anthony, Roger, Ernest Jr., Tyler, Jessica, Frank, Antonio, Mackenzie, Harmony, Dora and Novalee; 8 great grandchildren:  Lilly, Liam, Destany, Robert, CJ, Hunter, Karlie and Meadow and several nieces and nephews. 

Mr. Regan was -pre-deceased by his siblings:  Donald Bartlett, and Irene Pitcher, and his great granddaughter:  Gracie. 

Calling Hours will be held 2:00-4:00 PM Tuesday at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton. 

There will be no Funeral Service. Burial will be held privately.
