“Executive Chef Emil Nymander’s menu promises to be perfect for the holidays,” says Winery Founder and CEO, Dr. Chris Colloca. “It’s a perfect match for our wines and we’re looking forward to compliment the season with our best wine pairing ever. We’re even including a decade old, Old Vine ’99 Grenache – a Library selection that is among the last of these wines anywhere”.

Reservations are required and the event is limited to Limited to 80 guests. Tickets are $99 plus tax and gratuity and are available in the Tasting Room or online at www.colloca.com .
The Winery’s Tasting Room is open 7 days a week starting at Noon. And, the winery’s restaurant, The Lounge is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with music, incredible wine and specials.
