The inserts provide a list of locally-owned businesses and events in Oswego. The goal of the inserts is to stress awareness of the many businesses and events in the city of Oswego.
“This is our second year doing it,” Victoria Usherwood Gailinas, co-founder of Copies In Time and I Heart Oswego, said. “Last year we did it for free, but this year all profits will go Port City Educational Foundation, which is I Heart Oswego’s 2014 charity of choice.”
