Darlene was an avid reader and enjoyed watching cooking shows.
Surviving are her longtime companion, Dennis Redhead of Oswego, a daughter, Candence Paul of Membertou, Nova Scotia and a granddaughter Morgan Paul of Membertou, Nova Scotia.
Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
