David was born in Oswego, the son of the late Joseph and Angeline (Cristantielle) Donato.
He is survived by two sisters, Cheryl Donato of Oswego, and Rose Donato of Oswego; a brother, Joseph Donato of Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two sisters, Linda Donato, and Michelle Donato.
There will be no services.
Arrangements are in the care of the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second Street in Oswego.
