He was born in Syracuse, NY and he has been a resident of Oswego for 14 years.
Mr. McConnell retired after working with New York State for 35 years as a Therapist with children living in the Syracuse area.
Mr. McConnell was an avid Red Sox Fan.
David was a devoted and loving companion for 12 years to Marlene Baker of Fulton, his son Zachary McConnell of AZ, and daughters: Wendy (Tony) Groat of Warners, NY, Cheryl (John) Hall of FL., and 3 grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held Noon, Wednesday, August 16th at North Volney Cemetery with Rev. Tammy Nipper officiating.
The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangement.
