Born in Washington, he was the son of the late Larry Parker and Veronica (Chavoustie) Lyth.
Dave was a proud Marine veteran, having served from 1986 to 1992.
He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Physics from SUNY Oswego.
Dave worked for IBM and Lockheed Martin, a position he was very proud of. He later worked and retired from Intel in both Arizona and Oregon.
Dave was very intelligent and had a sensational sense of humor. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. David was an involved member of the American Legion, Parish # 601.
Dave is survived by his wife, Tanya (Rowley) Parker, his sister Andrea (Stephen) Wischerath, and nieces Madelyn and Abigail, all of Adams, NY, as well as his extended family members.
Military honors will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, August 9th, at the American Legion #601, Parish, NY. With a reception to follow.
