David S. Fultz, 73, of Oswego passed away Wednesday morning at Upstate Medical University Hospital.

 David was born in Philadelphia, PA and was the son of the late Francis and Ella Marion MacDougal Fultz.

He was the husband of Cynthia Woods Fultz.

He had been employed at Alcan, as a security guard at Nine Mile Point Nuclear Plant and as a driver with A&E Medical Transport.

He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Airforce and served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 22 years.

Mr. Fultz was a member of the VFW Quattrini Dehm Post 5885 in Oswego. In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters, Jessica Davern of Oswego, Danielle (Sean) O’Hara of Colorado Springs, CO, one son David S. (Mary) Fultz, Jr. of Clementon, NJ, one brother Francis Fultz of Delaware, six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by an infant son Charles Fultz, two sisters Grace Fultz and Beatrice Stern and a brother Jack Fultz.

Calling hours will take place Tuesday February 13, 2-4PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home with a service to follow at 4PM.

A Spring burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations can be made to the VFW-Post 5885 14 Bronson St. Oswego, NY 13126 in his memory.
