Born in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Linda (Curtis) Armstrong.
Debbie was a kind and loving homemaker, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was very social and loved to make others laugh. Debbie was beautiful inside and out and was loved by everyone who knew her. She cherished her children, grandchildren, and her sweet dog Mz. Molly. Debbie will be deeply missed.
Debbie is survived by her loving children, Jacquelin (Andrew) Alton of Oswego and Joshua Armstrong (Fiancée, Brooke Phelps) of Fulton, grandchildren Lillian Alton, Mathias Alton, Alexis Alton, Benjamin Alton, Madelynn Alton, Aiden Armstrong, Gracen Armstrong, and Jolie Armstrong, and great-grandchildren Finnegan Roberts, Mercilee Roberts, Jaxon Alton Skiff, and Nikolas Alton.
Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, May 4, 2026, from 2-3:30 pm with a funeral service to follow, at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany Street. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
